We were joined by Evin, the head brewer and founder of The Kernel brewery up in Bermondsey. Founded back before anyone else had thought to place breweries in railway arches and when they were only the fourth or fifth brewery in London at the time, they’ve really been at the forefront of the craft beer movement and have shown the way for everyone else who followed.
For the evening, we tried five different beers and Evin talked about the unique philosophy which sits at the heart of everything The Kernel do. Many other breweries have tried to replicate this, but none have come close!
